1. Zenith General Insurance Company Ltd is a Limited Liability Company incorporated under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria with Registered Company No. 6761 and regulated by the National Insurance Commission (RIC 048)
2. All quotations given through this website intended as an indication only of your likely premium based on the limited information provided. They are not binding quotations. The premium quoted may vary once your full details have been submitted.
3. All statements made by you or information given by you to Zenith Insurance are your responsibility. If you fail to disclose any relevant information or provide any inaccurate information, this may invalidate your insurance policy.
4. Once you have paid for a policy on this site, your cover is subject to the inspection of the insured property which will be carried out within two (2) business days; following which your cover will be confirmed and fully incepted. This confirmation will be through mail and by telephone.
5. Zenith Insurance reserves the right, following the inspection in (d) above, to decline or refuse your purchase for any misrepresentation, fraud, non-suitability or any other reason. Where such refusal or declinature occurs, Zenith Insurance shall make a full refund of the paid amount to the purchaser within three (3) business days.
6. You may cancel your insurance in accordance with the relevant policy terms and conditions. Where a policy is cancelled outside the allowed “cooling off” period, penalties may apply.
7. Upon the inception of your cover, your electronic policy documents will be sent to you via email
8. Zenith Insurance will notify you in writing of any changes to the terms and conditions of your insurance policy and will give reasonable notice for any changes which are due to commence.
9. It is advised that all purchasers keep copies of all documents sent to or received from us for record purposes.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This website is for purchase from Nigeria alone These terms and conditions are governed by and are to be interpreted in accordance with Nigerian law and in the event of any dispute arising in relation to these terms and conditions the Nigerian courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over its resolution
